Catalina Lopez, 88, of Auburn, died at The Hospice House in Auburn on June 27, 2016. She was born March 22, 1928, the daughter of Ignacia and Salvador Villa in Kansas City, Kansas.
She graduated from Bishop Ward High School and a Business College in Kansas City, Missouri. Catalina was devoted to her catholic faith and was employed as an Auditor for the Treasury Department, International Division. During her career, she traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia.
She is survived by her husband Reuben Lopez, sons Peter Lopez, Raul Lopez and James Lopez, daughters Teressa Caouette and Celia Gould, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her youngest son Scott Lopez.
Catalina will be missed dearly by her loving family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at the Stetson Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick, on Friday July 1, 2016 at 10am, followed by a burial at St. John’s Cemetery also Brunswick.
