HARPWELL
A large scavenger hunt will be ongoing throughout Saturday in from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mitchell Field in Harpswell. Also featured will be a horseshoe pit, a corn hole game, various oldfashioned races such as sack and three legged races and a craft area. Beach combing, swimming and fishing is available on the waterfront. Attendees are welcome to bring their kayaks, kites, blankets, games and picnics. Local Harpswell restaurants will be selling food from limited menus.
Two separate musical guests will be performing at the Bandstand by the Sea: The Fred Cantu Blues Band, 10-11:30 a.m. and Charlie Bernier, 12:30-2 p.m..
This is an alcohol-, tobacco and drug-free event and venue.
