July 4
Benjamin J. Rupert, 18, of Old Neck Road, was arrested at 6:47 a.m. at U.S. Route 1 and Old Blue Point Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of failing to stop for officer.

A 17-year-old female, of Augusta, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

July 5
Crystal L. Taylor, 29, of Tandberg Trail, Windham, was arrested at 9:38 a.m. on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal trespass.

Rene L. Mendez, 23, of Smith Street, Portland, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on Payne Road by Officer Josh Guay on charges of operating without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.

Joseph L. Bernatche, 58, of Forest Avenue, Portland, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. on Pine Point Road by Officer Josh Guay on a charge of indecent conduct.

July 6
Brandon P. Carpenter, 30, of Penobscot Street, Rumford, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. at U.S. Route 1 and Hillcrest Avenue by Sgt. Timothy Barker on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Christopher A. Cato, 27, of Roxbury, Mass., was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating without a license.

July 8
Danielle E. Hoglund, 20, of Beech Ridge Road, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on Payne Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
