To those considering weight loss surgery, Southern Maine Health Care Medical Center is providing an introductory class from 5-6 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month at Southern Maine Health Care Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Biddeford, and on the fourth Thursday of each month at 25 June St., Sanford. Information will be presented about nutrition, resources and other topics to help with the lifestyle and emotional adjustments people may face. This group is free.
