BRUNSWICK — Anne Marie Racine age 89 of Baribeau Drive died Monday, August 29th at Thornton Hall.
She was born in Brunswick on May 17, 1927 the daughter of Michel and Lea Guertin Racine. Anne attended Brunswick schools and was a 1946 graduate of Brunswick High School.
For fifteen years she worked at Keenan’s Jenny Station in Brunswick. Anne then worked as a secretary at Brunswick Coal and Lumber for twenty two years until her retirement in 1987.
She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church- All Saints Parish and was a member of the Evergreen’s Senior Citizen’s Club.
Surviving is a sister Mae- Belle Racine of Brunswick and several nieces and nephews.
Anne was predeceased by twelve sisters and brothers.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 6th at 1PM at Stetson’s Funeral Home 12 Federal St. Brunswick with the Rev. Stephen Concannon officiating. Private interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Brunswick.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice in her memory. Arrangements are by Stetson’s Funeral Home 12 Federal St. Brunswick where memorial condolences may be expressed at stetsonsfuneralhome.com.
