FAIRFIELD — Jason Halliday had four goals, while Nate Taylor dished out five assists as the Mt. Ararat High School jayvee boys soccer team rolled to a 9-1 win over Lawrence on Tuesday.
The Eagles improved to 1-1.
Elias Theberge added a hat trick for Mt. Ararat, with Devon Hoskins and Tristan Burch each picking up a goal. Halliday and Jake Fusco added an assist each.
In goal, James Singleton and Mitchell Surace had one save each.
Playing well for Mt. Ararat was Jax Hollenbach, Brewster Chard and Nathan Kofroth.
The Eagles visit Cony on Friday.
