The Mustangs topped visiting Portland 10-1 in a big win Saturday afternoon.
Logan Champlin would score twice, while Emma Rutledge, Joanna LaFrance, Emma Desrochers and Aspen Reinaur scored one apiece to give Massabesic the 6-1 lead at half.
Champlin scored her third goal in the second, along with goals from LaFrance, Rutledge and Jackie Bearse to close out the big win.

The Rams squeezed out a close win against Traip over the weekend.
Britney Gregoire led the way for Kennebunk, scoring a pair of goals. Christine Jarowicz tallied the Rams’ third goal on the day. Liv Kudas racked up five saves on the day.

Liam Bell had a big day for the Warriors, scoring four of their five points. Gary Andrews also added his first goal of the season in the win. All of Wells’ scores came in the first half.

The Trojans dominated the hosting Stags Saturday afternoon, firing on all cylinders.
Quarterback Mike Laverriere scored on two touchdown runs, while also connecting with Johnny Rosario for another. Rosario also added a rushing touchdown on the afternoon.
The Trojan defense allowed less than 50 yard on the day.

Despite holding on early, the Gulls were not able to keep up with host Oak Hill for four quarters in their season-opening loss.
