BIDDEFORD — Police have a identified a man they say was shot and killed at a Biddeford duplex early this morning.
Jonathan Methot, 30, was killed in the shooting at 68-70 West Cutts St., said Steve McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety, in an email.
Biddeford and Maine State Police continued to investigate the circumstances surrounding Methot’s death at the scene this morning.
McCausland said the state medical examiner and the Attorney General’s office have been notified of the death.
McCausland could not be immediately reached for comment regarding a motivation for the shooting, or if any suspects are being sought in connection.
