DICK HILL erected a large, red sign supporting Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump on his Bath property two weeks ago. But according to Hill, a neighbor reported him to the city because the sign exceeded the city’s size limits. “I was upset that they were trying to stifle my free speech,” said Hill. Now, Hill proudly displays his two signs side by side … although passers-by would be excused for thinking that it’s the same sign as yesterday.
