BATH — Democratic Senate candidate Eloise Vitelli of Arrowsic received the endorsement of the Local S6 union at Bath Iron Works.
“BIW is one of the largest employers in our state with a well deserved reputation for the quality of its workforce,” said Vitelli. “I am very proud of all the hard working men and women at BIW and grateful for the support of Local S6 .”
Local S6 serves roughly 3,300 employees BIW in Bath.
“Eloise has proven many, many times that she will stand up and fight for the working men and women across the state,” said Ryan Jones, Secretary-Treasurer of Local S6.
Vitelli is facing off against Republican Guy Lebida for the District 23 seat.
