I had the pleasure of working with Bill Donovan for two years on the Scarborough Town Council and found him to be a dedicated public servant. His ability to see both sides of contentious issues and compromise on solutions sets him apart from others. He is very conscientious about the development of fiscal budgets which responsibly support both the educational and municipal needs of the town and at the same time respects the taxpayers financial burden. During the past year Bill has proven his leadership and management skills as the chairman of the Scarborough Town Council. I applaud his willingness to continue to serve the people of our town and hope you join me in supporting him in November.
