All races for Town Council and school board in Windham are uncontested, and one seat lacks a candidate.

On the Town Council, Robert Muir is running for re-election to a 3-year term in an at-large seat. A retiree, he has also served on the Windham Charter Review Study Committee and the Windham 21st Century Downtown Committee.

No one has signed up to run for the second open at-large seat, which carries a one-year term.

Jarrod Maxfield is on the ballot for a three-year term representing the north district. Maxfield is listed as a member of the Windham’s energy advisory committee.

Incumbent Donna Chapman is unopposed for another three years representing the south district. Chapman was previously a town councilor from 2007 to 2010.

On the school board, Eric Colby is running for a second term and Scott McLean is on the ballot for the second open seat.

Both of those terms are three-year terms. Winham is part of RSU 14, which also includes Raymond.
