Over the past several years I’ve had the opportunity to work with Brad Fox on several community projects, and I’ve also gotten to know him on a personal level.

There are two things about Brad that have been abundantly clear to me: he wants to do the right thing, and he isn’t beholden to political insiders or corporate money.

Brad has followed his moral compass and has fought for the residents of his district even when doing so was not not easy or popular. He’s the type of guy who doesn’t stand on the sidelines or look the other way when he sees people in trouble; he speaks up and he steps forward, which are acts of bravery and courage we’ve seen very little of lately.

Brad cares about all of us. It doesn’t matter to him whether you’re a conservative, a liberal or somewhere in between. He wants you to have a reasonable tax bill; he wants your kids to have a good education; he wants your family to be healthy and safe; and he wants you to have a representative (in House District 33) who’ll stand up for you when others are trying to beat you down.

Wouldn’t it be great if we had someone like that working for us in Augusta?
