BRUNSWICK — Mrs. Marguerite L. “Peggy” Curtis, 85, of Brunswick died Monday, October 17, 2016 at Mid Coast Hospital.
She is predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Earle F. Curtis, her brothers Earl Toothaker and Rudy Toothaker of Harpswell, and her sister LaVerne Vayo of Brunswick.
She is survived by her brothers, Olcott S. Toothaker and Fred O. Toothaker both of Brunswick, her sister Lea Witacre of Cumberland Center, her son Shawn (Alicia) of Jacksonville Florida, and her daughter Sheila (Kevin) of Woodstock. She is also survived by her three granddaughters Jessica (Joe) Mac- Donald of Mechanicsville Pennsylvania, and Kylamarie (Justin) Pilkinton and Elena Curtis both of Jacksonville Florida.
She was a long time member of many organizations such as the Grange and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and had many lifelong friends from the Richmond and Windham area. Family requests donations to the charity of choice. Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
