MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — An exit ramp off Interstate 293 in Manchester has reopened after more than a year of construction.
WMUR-TV reports that the Exit 4 ramp reopened to traffic on Saturday. It had closed last September to allow for construction of the northbound on-ramp overpass bridge over the Piscataquog River.
