COBURN GORE (AP) — Police say a tractor-trailer carrying paper rolled over near the border of Maine and Quebec, spilling paper all over the roadway and into a stream and injuring the driver.
The rollover happened at around 6 a.m. Thursday on Route 27 in Coburn Gore, just south of the border crossing into Quebec. Police say the truck crashed into a bridge.
The crash stopped commercial traffic for about an hour until the bridge could be assessed.
Police say the driver received some injuries and was being transported to get checked out.
Workers were still in the midst of cleaning paper from the area and stream on Thursday evening.
