A memorial service will be held at 2 Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016, at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, and internment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Biddeford. Blais & Hay Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Peter was born on Sept. 27, 1927, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, the son of Charles and Ann (née Movsessian) Marabian.
He was a long-time resident of the area, who was preceded in death by his sisters: Helen Marabian and Lucille (née Marabian) Georgacarakos: and nephew, George Georgacarakos.
Peter is survived by: his nephew, Charles Georgacarakos; three great-nephews, Nikolas, Alexander, and Peter Georgacarakos; and a great-niece, Melissa (née Georgacarakos) Shephard.
