12/6 at 1 a.m. Chad Guay, 37, of Foote Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Washington Street outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/6 at 1:17 a.m. Megan Boucher, 26, of Cornerstone Drive, Bowdoin, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Washington Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/6, no time listed. Joseph Smith, 47, of Highland Street, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson at an undisclosed location on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/9 at 4:20 p.m. Kenji Bolden, 38, of Court Street, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Newton Street on a charge of violating conditions of release, and issued a summons on charges of operating with an expired registration more than 150 days and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
