BRUNSWICK — Brunswick police released the name of the driver Friday who’s car collided with a dump truck on Old Portland Road Thursday afternoon.
According to Brunswick Police Cmdr. Tom Garrepy, 34-year-old Jesse Baum of Lewiston was traveling north in a 2004 Nissan Sentra when he drifted into the oncoming lane and collided with a Kenworth dump truck driven by Michael Labbe, 58, of Brunswick.
Baum was taken to Maine Medical Center where Garrepy said he remained in fair condition Friday.
Labbe was not injured. The truck he was driving belongs to Ray Labbe & Sons.
The crash remains under investigation.
