On Jan. 16 at 10 a.m., students and community members from Morse High School’s Student Community Liaison Council will host their annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day walk at the Bath Train Station in order to commemorate King’s march from Selma to Montgomery. After an introductory speech, participants will walk across the Carlton Bridge and return to the train station to watch King’s “I have a Dream” speech, reflect upon their experiences and receive free refreshments. All are welcome.
