BATH — Riley Turgeron popped for 12 points, and Chloe Coombs and Elena Palmer had eight and seven points, respectively, as Brunswick Junior High returned to the win column with a 37-27 win over Bath in eighth-grade girls basketball play on Wednesday.
Siara Ambs led the defensive charge for the Huskies, who led 9-0, 17-2 and 32-14 at the quarter breaks.
Julia Goddard paced Bath with 11 points.
At the free-throw line, Bath was 9-of-19 and Brunswick 7- of-25.
