BOSTON — Senior captain Allison Hill broke the Bates College women’s track and field team’s 36-year-old indoor 200-meter dash record on Boston University’s banked track, highlighting the John Thomas Terrier Classic Friday for the Bobcats.
Hill of Brunswick ran the 200 in 25.45 seconds, 0.5 seconds under her former personal best.
The former Bates record was set in 1981 by Donna Broadway.
