Eleven players scored as the Brunswick High School boys basketball team rolled to a 61-24 Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference win over Leavitt on Thursday.
The Dragons won their third straight to improve to 9-7. Brunswick hosts “Battle of the Bridge” rival Mt. Ararat on Saturday at 3 p.m.
Brunswick held quarter leads of 16-6, 26-8 and 45-14.
Nate Benoit and Jackson Gordon led the Dragons with nine points apiece, with Kyle Hanson adding seven points.
Damion Calder paced Leavitt (4-12) with seven points.

TURNER — Brunswick used a 27-point second quarter to take control en route to a 60-35 KVAC win over Leavitt.
Leading 11-8 after a quarter, the 13-3 Dragons outscored the Hornets (6-10), 27- 10 in the second for a 38-18 halftime lead.
Madeline Suhr paced the win with 16 points, with Charlotte MacMillan picking up 15 and Sabrina Armstrong 14.
Allie Belaire had 11 points for Leavitt.
Brunswick hosts Mt. Ararat on Saturday at 1 p.m.

The unbeaten Bobcats (16-
0) powered past Hyde in a Class C South matchup at Richmond.
Sydney Underhill-Tilton had a game-high 23 points and 16 rebounds in the victory, while Mackenzie Abbott chipped in 17 points, four assists and four steals.
Also for Richmond, Bryanne Lancaster had nine points and Meranda Martin seven rebounds, five assists and five steals.
Timesha Walker paced the Phoenix (3-12) with 10 points.
Hyde hosts Kents Hill on Saturday, while Richmond is home to Hebron Academy today. Both tips are set for 5:30 p.m.

The host Blue Devils exploded out of the gate and held off Mt. Ararat challenges for a KVAC win.
Lewiston (8-8) put up 27 points in the opening frame for a 13-point lead, led 41-27 at the half and 51-42 through three.
Nikki Bradstreet had a career-high 26 points in the win. She nailed eight 3- pointers and added seven steals. Lauren Labbay and Kate Guerin each had five rebounds, while Ainsley Bryant dished out four assists and Kyla Greenleaf three helpers.
Hannah Chaput led Lewiston with 15 points, while Victoria Harris pulled down eight boards.
