BRUNSWICK — University College at Bath/Brunswick is hosting a series of free Career Development Workshops for anyone looking for work or to make a career change.

All workshops will be held on campus at 12 Sewall Street at Brunswick Landing. They are:

• Resumes and Cover Letters. This workshop will cover the nuts and bolts of creating these documents and how to make them stand out. Thursday, March 9, from 1–2 p.m.

• Using LinkedIn to Build your Network. This workshop will focus on how to use the online professional networking tool, LinkedIn. Data shows that 86 percent of employers are now using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool. It is also a good resource to research jobs, meet recruiters and find professional contacts. Tuesday, March 21, from 1–2 p.m.

• Successful Interviewing. This workshop will provide tips on how to take your interview from good to great! Wednesday, April 5, from 2–3 p.m.

• Earning College Credit for Work Experience. This workshop will focus on how interested college students may earn credit for experiences they have had outside the traditional classroom. Monday, April 10, from 10–11 a.m.
