BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Feb. 24 and March 1.
• Ronald J. Lussier, 28, of Biddeford was arrested at the Probation office and charged with domestic violence assault and aggravated assault on Feb. 24. He was transported to York County Jail in Alfred.
• Leonor G. Blake, 35, of Biddeford was arrested Feb. 24 on outstanding warrants and transported to York County Jail.
• Amanda J. Reid, 32, of Biddeford was arrested Saturday for operating under the influence, registering 0.23 on a breath alcohol concentration test.
• Tonya C. York, 46, of Biddeford was arrested Saturday on a warrant for assault and violating conditions of release.
• Melinda M. Campbell, 34, was arrested Sunday following a request to check on the welfare of a woman who was not dressed appropriately for the weather.
• Jacob L. Berry, 24, of Biddeford was arrested Sunday on charges of domestic violence assault following a reported hit-and-run motor vehicle crash, determined to be part of the domestic violence incident.
• Robert C. Walker, 27, Pittsburgh was issued a summons for operating with a suspended license.
Frederick Smith, 42, of Biddeford was arrested Monday near Pierson’s Lane and charged with domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing. He was transported to York County Jail.
• Maureen L. Griffin, 73, of Old Orchard Beach was summonsed for operating without a license.
• A 17-year-old Arundel female was arrested for operating under the influence after striking a Central Maine Power pole on Wentworth Street on Tuesday.
• Jeffery C. Poirier, 35, of Biddeford was arrested Tuesday on charges of operating with a suspended license and violating conditions of release.
• Joseph J. Wendrick, 54, of Waterford was arrested for violating conditions of release following a two-car crash Tuesday. A woman with whom Wendrick was ordered to have no contact with was a passenger in his vehicle.
• Leopold Henaire, 80, of Biddeford was issued a summons for operating without a license.
• Philip B. Scott, 48, of Biddeford was cited Wednesday for endangering the welfare of a child for seating his 6-year-old child on the front of his dirt bike. He was also cited for operating as a habitual offender.
• Karen M. Leighton, 50, of Biddeford, was cited at Hannaford for shoplifting and violating conditions of release on Wednesday.
• Lacy Rayne, 19, of Saco was summonsed for shoplifting at Walmart on Wednesday.
