BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between March 15 and March 22.
• Jason S. McAlduff, 56, of Biddeford was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening on March 15.
• Jaime E. Schwarz-McLain, 24, of Limerick, was stopped and arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street on March 16. A breath alcohol test registered at 0.14.
• Raymond G. Taylor, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested on warrants on March 16. Taylor was unable to make bail and transported to York County Jail in Alfred.
• Danielly M. Bobea, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension on March 16.
• Terry Marie Henderson-Albert, 42, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for operating under the influence on after reports of a vehicle operating in the roadway without its lights on York Street on March 17. Henderson-Albert refused a breath alcohol test and was bailed on personal recognizance and released from the police station.
• Dalton A. Skillings, 21, and Amanda A. Barton, 37, both of Biddeford, were found to be intoxicated and in violation of their bail conditions and were subsequently arrested for violating conditions of release on March 17.
• Anthony S. LaPointe, 21, of Saco, was arrested for possession of a scheduled drug and paraphernalia and violating conditions of release on March 17. LaPointe was transported to the county jail.
• Jamie Overton, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on March 17.
• Rebecca R. Person, 24, of Biddeford was arrested for possession of a scheduled drug and paraphernalia and violating conditions of release after officers were called to the area of Wentworth and Mason streets for a report of a suspicious vehicle with occupants reportedly littering on March 18. Eric Lee Mayo, 31, a Biddeford transient and a passenger in the vehicle, was charged with possession of scheduled drugs and paraphernalia, refusing to submit to detention or arrest and violating conditions of release after he struggled with an officer and tried to flee the vehicle, leading to his being tased. Mayo was taken to York County Jail.
• Robert A. Brown, Jr., 48, of Greene, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, operating with a suspended registration, operating with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating conditions of release after his vehicle was stopped in the area of Elm and South streets on March 19. Brown was unable to make bail and was transported to the county jail.
• Joseph M. Boucher, 39, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault on a 71-year-old relative on March 19.
• Alaa A. Rmaizan, 45, of Biddeford, was summonsed for assault and terrorizing on March 19.
• David B. Littlefield, 29, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault after he allegedly “threw” a relative and was forcibly taken into custody, requiring the deployment of the officer’s taser, on March 20. He was taken to the York County Jail.
• Nicholas J. Demeule, 21, of Biddeford, was summonsed for operating with a suspended or revoked license after being stopped in the area of Elm and Grayson streets on March 20. He was also issued warnings for following too closely and failure to register the vehicle.
• Benjamin B. York, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief after officers responded to a disturbance at a Cleaves Street apartment on March 20. York was unable to post bail and was transported to the county jail.
• Renee Lynn Cartier, 41, of Saco, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for probation revocation, for receiving stolen property, and for possession of marijuana by a person under 21 on March 21. Midtown Music called Biddeford Police reporting some of the merchandise they had taken the day before may have been stolen. BPD made contact with the Scarborough Police Department, who confirmed the merchandise was taken as part of a burglary there. Later in the shift, Midtown Music called again to report that the two individuals who sold them the stolen merchandise were back and attempting to sell them more items. Contact was made with Cartier and a 17-year-old Saco male, who was taken to Long Creek Youth Development Center in South Portland. Cartier was taken to the York County Jail.
• Alex J. Johnson, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on March 21. He was unable to post bail and was transported to the county jail.
• Tammy L. Beaulieu, 52, of Biddeford, was summonsed for criminal trespass and issued a cease harassment warning after she was found intoxicated and belligerent at another Biddeford residence on March 22.
• Meagan T. Roberts, 19, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating without a license and for displaying a fictitious inspection certificate following a traffic stop in the area of Pool and Hill streets on March 22. Officers determined her inspection sticker was simply paper, and she registered a breath alcohol level greater than the legal limit. She was taken to York County Jail.
