
Ethel was a 1962 graduate of Morse High School in Bath, following high school, she enlisted in the Women’s Army Corp, serving in the Army from March 1963 – July 1964 and also in the National Guard.
She enjoyed riding motorcycles, watching her favorite New England Patriots, family BBQ’s & especially supporting the Maine State Lottery
She is predeceased by her husband Edward Orr and 2 sisters, Sue E. Chandler and Joan Chandler; and a brother,
Roger Chandler.
She is survived by two daughters, Sandra L Ross and son-in-law Duane M. Ross of Gray and Karen A Brewer and son-in-law Bradley R. Brewer of Bowdoin; two brothers, Robert Chandler of Bath and Paul and his wife Evelyn Chandler of Carlisle, PA; a sister, Norma Presby Barter of Waterville; sister-in-law, Helen Chandler of Pekin, IN and several nieces, nephews and her many friends of the Galley Restaurant.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
