TOPSHAM — State Sen. Vitelli, D-Arrowsic, and Rep. Tepler, D-Topsham, will be holding joint office hours Saturday, April 29 from 1:30- 3:30 p.m. at the Topsham Public Library on 25 Foreside Road. No RSVP is required, and meetings are open to anyone who would like to voice their opinion and share their concern on state or personal matters.
