Gallagher of Arlington, VA, sisters in-law Suzanne Lowell Popejoy (husband Tom) Albuquerque, NM; Linda K. Lowell, Desert Hot Springs, CA, as well as countless friends, relatives, and business associates from all over the country and the globe.
