CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — The University of Southern Maine women’s track and field team posted four season-best marks at the final event of the 2017 regular season, the MIT Last Chance Meet held Thursday at the Don and Sherie Morrison Track.
The Huskies’ 4 x 100-meter quartet of freshman Jhanel Potts, seniors Neka Dias and Liz O’Neal (Brunswick/Mt. Ararat) and freshman Adela Kalilwa ran their best time of the season, crossing the finish line with a combined time of 47.37 seconds to finish first.
The 2017 NCAA Division III National Outdoor Track and Field Championships will be held in Geneva, Ohio, May 25- 27.
