John was born Jan. 13, 1971, in Louisville, Kentucky, son of Arthur John Miller Jr. and Bonnie Brooks Meserve. He was a grandson of Arthur and Rachel Miller and John and Sarah Brooks of Biddeford.
John attended schools in Kennebunk and Biddeford, Maine.
John’s passion in life was his music. He loved to write music and play his guitar whenever possible. He played in several bands locally, in Key West, Florida, and in Hilo, Hawaii. He touched your life with his beautiful smile and kind heart, always seeing the best in a person. John was a people person and loved to have a conversation with anyone.
He was preceded in death by both parents and grandparents.
He is survived by: his only sibling, Dr. Tabitha Miller Werblud and her children, Alexandra, Matthew, all of Seattle, Washington; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held this summer in Biddeford.
