HALLOWELL (AP) — The Maine Public Utilities Commission is going to be operating with only two commissioners.

McLean called it a “wonderfully epic and humbling challenge.” She said that she sought to independently consider each decision “with the public interest and the Maine ratepayer front of mind.”
