SANFORD — The following people have been arrested or summonsed by Sanford Police from Aug. 10 to Aug. 21.
• Courtney Miller, 37, 31 State St., Apt. A, was issued a summons charging assault on State Street Aug. 10.
• Michael Huff, 53, 15 Payne St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and criminal mischief on Aug. 11 on Payne Street.
• Jeannie S. Moore, 45, 22 State St., was issued a summons charging she violated the minimum age of 56 days for giving or selling cats or dogs.
• Jacob Goodwin, 21, 43 Winter St., Apt. C, was arrested and charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on High Street Aug. 11.
• Theron M. Dunning, 54, 83 Country Club Road, was issued two summonses charging assault Aug. 14 on Main Street.
• Michael R. Brown, 27, 395 Hubbard Road, Berwick, was issued a summons Aug. 14 charging he drove on a suspended registration. He was stopped by police at the intersection of Lebanon and Main streets.
• James M. Bennett, 38, 33 Elm St., was issued a summons charging he railed to register his vehicle for more than 150 days Aug. 14. He was stopped at the intersection of School and Mousam streets.
• Christopher Sandock, 37, 15 Cleo Drive, Rochester, N.N., was arrested and charged with violating a protection order Aug. 14 at the intersection of Main and Elm streets.
• Jill E. Sidebotham, 1 Allen St., Apt. C., was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Brook Street Aug. 15 following a report of a medical emergency.
• Jana L. Haskell, 35, 19 Curtis St., Apt. 5, Wells, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release following a vehicle stop on Shaw Road Aug. 16. During the same stop, Ashley Katherine Cox, 27, if 45 Mill St., Apt. A, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating conditions of release, and on a warrant.
• Bryant M. Martineau, 28, 192 Mount Hope Road, was arrested on two warrants aug. 16 on June Street.
• Joseph Stanley, 34, 11 Denmark Drive, Northwood, N.H., was arrested and charged with eluding an officer, operating under the influence and driving more than 30 miles over the posted limit when he was charged at the intersection of Main Street and Airport Road Aug. 19.
• Theresa M. Theriault, 32, 43 Bateman St, was arrested on a warrant on Bateman Street Aug. 20.
• Alfred Kabura, 43, 19 Thompson St., Apt. B., was issued a summons Aug. 20 at the intersection of Brook and Thompson streets for driving with a license that had been expired more than 90 days.
• Lemuel D. Eaves, 47, 11 Yvonne St., was arrested and charged with operating without a license, failure to stop for an officer and refusing to submit to arrest or detention following a traffic stop at the intersection of Berwick Avenue and Lebanon Street on Aug. 21.
