OLD ORCHARD BEACH— The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Aug. 14 and Aug.20.

• Turner Wyatt, 22, of 5740 Connell Drive, Merriam, Kansas, was summonsed at 12:05 a.m. on Aug. 14 and charged with drinking in public.
• A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Aug. 20 and charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth; theft by unauthorized taking and transfer, and possession of marijuana by a person  under the age of 21.
• A 15-year-old juvenile and a 16-year-old juvenile were summonsed at 3:03 a.m. on Aug. 14 and charged with minor consuming alcohol.
• Matthew Verrier, 25, of 18 Smithwheel Drive, Apt. 48, Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 8:59 p.m. on Aug. 14 and charged with operating with a suspended registration.
• Justin Cataldo, 19, of 213 Beach St., Revere, Massachusetts, was summonsed at 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 14 and charged with marijuana possession by a person under the age of 21.
• Jesse Foster, 20, of 213 Beach St., Revere, Massachusetts, was summonsed at 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 14 and charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of marijuana by a person under the age of 21.
• Chrisann Tinker, 43, of 28 Washington Ave., Apt. 5, Old Orchard Beach, was summoned at 1:01 a.m. on Aug. 15 and charged with violating conditions of release.
• Edward Parker, 32, of 10 Old Orchard Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. on Aug. 15 and charged with operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accidents.
• Christopher Landry, 19, of 10 Glover St., Fairfield, Connecticut, was summonsed at 5:11 p.m. on Aug. 15 and charged with having false identification as a minor.
• Jessica Jackson-Robinson, 31, of 10 Old Orchard Road, Apt. 3, Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 6:23 a.m. on Aug. 16 and charged with criminal mischief.
• Samuel Miller, 54, of 94 Saco Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. on Aug. 16 and charged with domestic violence assault.
• Samuel Miller, 54, of 94 Saco Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on Aug. 18 and charged with violating conditions of release.
• Paul Cote, 58, of  5 Lucette Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 10:08 a.m. on Aug.19 and charged with operating after suspension.
• Etienne Noiseux, 20, of 66 Road, Chicago, Quebec City, Canada, was summonsed at 9:39 p.m. on Aug. 19 and charged with minor consuming liquor.
• Jennifer Knudsen, 46, of 102 Andrews St. Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Aug. 19 and charged with domestic violence assault.
