BIDDEFORD — The Thornton Academy golf team cruised to a 13-0 win over visiting Gorham on Thursday afternoon.
Jake Laplume led TA with a match-low 37, while Jordan Laplume finished with a 38. Jake Baker and Jan Berger each shot 39 for the Trojans.
BIDDEFORD 12, MARSHWOOD 1
The Tigers topped Marshwood 12-1 on Thursday. Logan Magnant led the way with a score of 40, while Carter Burnell was second for Biddeford with 45.
KENNEBUNK 13, SANFORD 0
The Rams powered to a 13-0 shutout win over Sanford on Thursday. Kennebunk’s Gavin Kirn had a match-low score of 45 while teammate Owen Manahan shot a 46.Frank Caniff was close behind at 47.
Eli Tremblay shot a 55 for the Spartans.
NOBLE 8, MASSABESIC 5
The Knights gutted out a tough win over Massabesic at Dutch Elm on Thursday.
Noble’s Jacob Currie led the Knights with a score of 44 while Geoffrey Howe was close behind at 46.
Jonah Roy led the Mustangs with a 44, while Ethan Laverriere shot a 46, and Nick White a 47.

MASSABESIC 8, NOBLE 0
The defending conference champion Massabesic Mustangs shut out Noble 8-0 to open its season on Thursday afternoon.
Logan Champlin and Emma Rutledge scored two goals a piece, while Camryn Champlin,Anna Snyder, Kaylee St. Laurent, and Izzy Hulburt scored one each.
Mady Pomerleau and Julia Gregoire combined for eight saves in the cage.
