BIDDEFORD — Donald J. Cloutier, 51, passed away on Sept. 11, 2017, at home in Biddeford surrounded by family following a brief illness. Don was born on April 7, 1966 in Beverly, Massachusetts, the second child of Donald and Margaret Cloutier.
