LISBON

A five-year-boy has been hospitalized after falling from a third story window on Lisbon Street Monday morning.

The incident was reported at 7:50 a.m. Monday. The boy was transported by Lisbon Emergency to the nearby MTM Center on School Street where a LifeFlight emergency medical helicopter was waiting. From there, he was flown to Maine Medical Center in Portland.

Lisbon Police Chief Marc Hagan said police are investigating, but as of Monday, “it doesn’t look like anything suspicious,” he said.

The boy’s condition was still unknown as of mid-day Monday.
