BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Sept. 19 and Sept. 23.

• Triniti Gregoire, 23, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of drinking in public on Franklin Street on Sept. 19.

• Toni Waas, 27, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrest warrant on Alfred Street on Sept. 19.

• Amy Wingate, 42, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of shoplifting on Elm Street on Sept. 19

• Cynthia Perron, 56, of Saco was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault on Sullivan Street on Sept. 19.

• Alyssa Milem, 23, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault on Lafayette Street on Sept. 20.

• Joshua Edgerton, 43, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of failure to register a vehicle on Alfred Street on Sept. 20.

• James Lamb, 40, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release, operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating with a suspended registration on Arrowwood Drive on Sept. 20.

• James Shaw, 34, of Standish was arrested on charges of operating with a suspended license and attaching false plates on Mason Street on Sept. 21.

• Robert Farias, 21, of Everett, Massachusetts was summonsed on charges of operating without a license on Elm Street on Sept. 21.

• Michael Cohen, 20, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Elm Street on Sept. 21.

• Amanda Spilman, 31, of Biddeford was arrested on a warrant for her arrest on Pike Street on Sept. 22.

• Davy Niyonizeye, 27, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on River Road on Sept. 22.

• Mitzi Martinez, 38, of Waterboro was arrested on a warrant for arrest on Adams Street on Sept. 22.

• James Hawks, 37, of Saco was arrested on charges of shoplifting and violating the conditions of release on Boulder Way on Sept. 22.

• Hunter Neathhawk, 18, of Bellows Falls, Vermont was summonsed on charges of minor consuming liquor and possession of marijuana on Pool Street on Sept. 23.

• Bianca White, 26, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of assault on Greet Street on Sept. 23.

• Brandon Maloney, 19, a transient was summonsed on charges of possession of marijuana by a person under 21 on Pool Street on Sept. 23.

• Michelle Paquette, 43, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release on South Street on Sept. 23.

• Brandon Wildes, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence stalking and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on South Street on Sept. 23.
