BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick High School jayvee girls soccer team came away with a thrilling 2- 1 win over Camden Hills on Tuesday.
With 17 minutes left in the first half, Riley Turgeon slipped a pass to Rae Bamberger, who powered a shot into the back of the net for a 1-0 Brunswick lead.
Camden struck back 10 minutes later.
The score remained tied until five minutes were left in regulation. Bamberger’s second goal, off a pass from Siara Ambs, gave the Dragons the lead for good.
The Brunswick defense was led by Jenna Roane and Lexi Guptill.
