The Governor’s Energy Office has postponed a series of public meetings intended to help the office develop an Energy Planning Roadmap.

The roadmap is meant to advance the state’s energy, economic development and environmental goals, and is built on the 2015 state comprehensive energy plan to achieve energy and cost savings in the residential, commercial, industrial, and transportation sectors; reduce pollution and greenhouse gas emissions; and support the growth of a robust state and regional energy market and workforce.

The meeting dates will be rescheduled, according to a statement from the energy office, to allow for more time to notify the public.
