• William Chadwick, 29, of Glouster, Massachusetts was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on McKenney Drive on Oct. 4.
• Michael Donahue, 20, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of violating conditions of release and attaching false plates on Maplewood Avenue on Oct. 5.
• Michael Josephs, 26, a transient, was summonsed on charges of theft by deception on Elm Street on Oct. 5.
• Steven Sayles, 30, a Biddeford transient, was arrested on charges of drinking in public and refusing to sign criminal summons on Main Street on Oct. 5. During the same incident, Brandie Fitch, 24, a Biddeford transient, was summonsed on the same charges.
• Ethan Tobey, 30, of Arundel was arrested on charges domestic violence assault, obstructing report of a crime, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release on Jefferson Street on Oct. 6.
• Rebecca Person, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of shoplifting on Elm Street on Oct. 6.
• Jade Langevin, 28, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence on South Street on Oct. 6.
• Kevin Strachan, 68, a Biddeford transient, was summonsed on charges of theft of services on Pomerleau Street on Oct. 7.
• Cody Boisvert, 25, a Biddeford transient, was arrested on a warrant for his arrest on Elm Street on Oct. 7.
• Thomas Begley, 25, of Biddeford was arrested on am arrest warrant on Alfred Street on Oct. 7.
• Peter Nason, 43, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of criminal mischief and terrorizing on Summer Street on Oct. 8.
• Kyle Ricker, 18, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Clifford Street on Oct. 8.
• Brian Miller, 29, of Waterboro was summonsed on charges of violating conditions of release on Main Street on Oct. 8.
• Paul Meegan, 57, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrest warrant on Pool Street on Oct. 9.
• A juvenile, 14, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and minor consuming liquor on Alfred Street on Oct. 9.
• Melissa Wormwood, 34, of Saco was arrested on charges of assault on an officer and refusing to submit to arrest on Springbook Drive on Oct. 9.
• Bonnie Pelletier, 57, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of shoplifting on Boulder Way on Oct. 9.
• Evan Hole, Nicholas Presby and Lorenze Labonte, all 19 and from Biddeford, were summonsed on charges of disorderly conduct and fighting on Alfred Street on Oct. 9.
• A juvenile, 18, was arrested on an arrest warrant on South Street on Oct. 10.
• Lisa Leclair, 37, of Arundel was summonsed on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Boulder Way on Oct 10.
• Gary Souliere, 35, a transient, was arrested on an arrest warrant on Alfred Street on Oct. 10.
• Juan Baez, 37, of Bridgeport, Connecticut was arrested on an arrest warrant on Alfred Street on Oct. 10.
