Two Sanford printers are merging later this month.
Edison Press, founded in 1978, is acquiring Lincoln Press, according to a press release announcing the deal. Terms were not disclosed.
The combined companies will operate as Edison Press. The acquisition expands Edison’s printing, mailing and fulfillment capabilities.
All Lincoln employees will be retained, according to Joe Rosenfield, president of Edison Press. Lincoln Press was founded in 1932.
