BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Oct. 13 and Oct. 15.

• Michael Bissonette, 52, a Biddeford transient, was summonsed on charges of drinking in public on Elm Street on Oct. 13.

• Rodney Murray, 26, a Biddeford transient, was arrested on an arrest warrant on Adams Street on Oct. 13.

• Jessica Clement, 34, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of allowing dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on South Street on Oct. 13.

• Lori Thibodeau, 40, of Saco was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release on Elm Street on Oct. 13.

• Brent Tupper, 22, of Saco was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence on Alfred Street on Oct. 13.

• David Kennedy, 38, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of assault, violating conditions of release and criminal mischief on Center Street on Oct. 13.

• Mason Soto, 28, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and probation hold on Clifford Street on Oct 14.

• Paul Maberry, 58, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrest warrant on Main Street on Oct. 14.

• Lorenze Labonte, 19, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal threatening on State Street on Oct. 14.

• Dillon James, 24, a Biddeford transient was arrested on an arrest warrant on Parkside Drive on Oct. 14.

• Travis Levesque, 18, of Arundel was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license on Summer Street on Oct. 14.

• Michelle Paquette, 43, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release on Franklin Street on Oct. 14.

• Pierce Lancor, 21, of Attleboro, Massachusetts was arrested on charges of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on First Street on Oct. 15. During the same incident, Susan Dolan, 21, of Glen, New Hampshire and Halliday Bair, 21, of Colombus, Ohio were arrested on the same charges. Also during that incident, Owen Nadeau, 18, of Derby, Vermont and Courtney Churchill, 19, of Benton, Maine were summonsed on charges of possession of marijuana and minor consuming alcohol and minor transporting liquor, respectively. Also, Brennan Mitchell, 18, of Hartford, Connecticut, Caroline Aiello, 19, of Saugus, Massachusetts and Stephen Langley, 19, of Manchester, New Hampshire were summonsed on charges of minor consuming liquor.

• Sydnie Boutin, 23, of Saco was arrested on an arrest warrant on Alfred Street on Oct. 15.

• Skye Gosselin, 19, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of minor consuming liquor on Cleaves Street on Oct. 15.

• Frederick Smith, 43, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrest warrant on Green Street on Oct. 15.

Cory Lessard, 42, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrest warrant on Clarks Center on Oct. 15.
