BUCKSPORT (AP) — Maine police say a 26-year-old man is in custody after two people were shot near an apple orchard.

WCSH-TV reports that police say they charged Cory Turcotte with aggravated assault for shooting two men in a parking lot Wednesday night near Wight’s Apple Orchard in Bucksport.

The men who were shot were taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center.
