BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between Oct. 23 and Oct. 25.
• Hailey Savage, 20, of Saco was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence on Kossuth Street on Oct. 23.
• Nicholas Baldwin, 27, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of driving with a suspended registration on Medical Center Drive on Oct. 23.
• Jennifer Belair, 47, of Biddeford was arrested on an arrest warrant on Pike Street on Oct. 23.
• Patricia Litcher, 37, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended license on Precourt Street on Oct. 23.
• Tammy Mitchell, 34, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of theft by receiving stolen property on Elm Street on Oct. 24.
• Marc Dussault, 55, of Saco was summonsed on charges of using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker on Elm Street on Oct. 24.
• Damien Tillman, 27, of Biddeford was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence on Jefferson Street on Oct. 24.
• Neil Messier, 29, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended license on Main Street on Oct. 24.
• Kathryn Schoyer, 59, of Biddeford Pool was summonsed on charges of operating a vehicle without a license on West Street on Oct. 25.
• Robbie Elie, 31, of Biddeford was summonsed on charges of attaching false plates on Gooch Street on Oct. 25.
