BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Nov. 22 to Nov. 23:

• Nichole H. Carlton, 37, of Limerick, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• William D. Sullivan III, 43, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and a probation violation for prior domestic violence.

• Christopher R. Walker, 31, of Lebanon, was issued a summons for unauthorized takinbg or transfer.

• Charles E. Martin, Jr., 46, of Arundel, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended or revoked, failing to stop for an officer, and failure to notify officer of a concealed weapon.

• Thomas D. Gallant, 24, of Buxton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphenalia with intent to use, operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

• Thomas E. Gildersleeve. 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Hunter M. Tracy, 18, of Saco, was issued a summons for illegal transportation of drugs by a minor and sale/use of drug paraphenalia.

• Cody T. Davis, 18, of Saco, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and sale/use of drug paraphenalia.

• Michael D. Bissonette, 52, a transient, was issued a summons for smoking in a prohibted place.

• Kasey L. Bean, 30, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Donald L. Chretien, 24, of Saco, was arrested for operating under the influence.

• Jayde Lagarde, 19, of Hollis, was arrested for minor consuming alcohol and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Julie A. Aresenault, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• Tiarra M. Lapierre, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a license.

• Joseph W. Caroto, 41, of Limington, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

• Christoper M. Schmidt, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

• Nicholas J. Demeule, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
