BRUNSWICK — Anne Marie Pelletier, 91, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017 surrounded by her family and loved ones.

She was born in Brunswick, July 12, 1926 the daughter of Simeon N. and Marie Anna Cloutier Bernier. She attended St. John’s School and graduated from Brunswick High School, Class of 1945.

Anne Marie married the love of her life Raoul (Ralph) G. Pelletier, November 4, 1950 at St. John the Baptist Church in Brunswick, following a five year courtship. She loved to knit and travel with her husband, who died in 2008.

Mrs. Pelletier began work at W.T. Grant at the age of 16, as a store clerk. She retired in August of 1991 as a bookkeeper from Grand City (W.T. Grant).

She was predeceased by her sister, Simone A. Bernier and brother, Raymond

J. (Sam) Bernier.

She is survived by her sister, Rita A. Bernier and brother, Ralph Bernier and his wife, Theresa, all of Brunswick; sister-in-laws, Gertrude R. Labbe and Jeanne D’Arc Bourque both of Brunswick and brother-in-law, Lionel E. Pelletier of Topsham as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m.,

Wednesday, Nov. 29, at St. John the Baptist Church of All Saints Parish, 39 Pleasant Street, Brunswick.

Per her wishes, there will be no visiting hours. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s School Scholarship Fund, 37 Pleasant Street, Brunswick 04011.
