BANGOR (AP) — The second of two New York men charged in a shooting that left one person dead and another wounded in Bangor, Maine, is facing trial.
Jury selection was scheduled for Monday for the murder trial of Robert Hansley.
A judge convicted another Brooklyn man, Thomas Ferguson, of elevated aggravated assault after finding that he was the accomplice to the killings. Ferguson is awaiting sentencing.
Police say 38-year-old Robert Kennedy was killed and another man wounded on Nov. 27, 2015. Law enforcement officials say the shots were fired to settle a drug debt.
