
Frank was born on Feb. 1, 1939 to Norris and Emielina (Binette) Chesley in Sanford where he grew up and attended local schools, graduating from Sanford High School in 1957.
In 1969 he married Linda Bernier and together they raised four children and shared nearly 48 years of marriage.
During his working life Frank was employed at Cyro before going on to work at Vishay Sprague where he worked for over 30 years until his retirement.
Frank was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, bow hunting and fishing. He also was active in finding and registering gravesites at find-a-grave. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at Oakdale Cemetery in Sanford at a date to be announced in the spring.
Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider sending a memorial contribution to the American Cancer Society, 1 Bowdoin Mill Island, Suite 300. Topsham, Maine 04086 or to the local veterans charity of your choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Black Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Sanford-Springvale.
