Mason was elected in a special election last month to represent the people of Lisbon, finishing the term started by his late wife, Gina Mason, who passed away unexpectedly in September. Rep. Mason won a special election 1,180 to 868 in November. The second session of the Maine Legislature will begin Jan. 3.
